Coating thickness is controlled by adjusting coating volume and steel pipe rotation speed so as to meet the design requirements. Finally to do inspection and to mark qualified pipe transporting to the finished product area.InternalFBE Process Flow1)Hydraulic trolley transport pipe to internal shot blasting position and transport pipe to inspection platform after short blasting. 2)Internal blasting process of steel pipe after the shot blasting to make sure the internal wall if free of steel grit, steel shot and dust residue.3)To test the quality of steel pipe after shot blasting, qualified steel pipe is moved to powder coating position.4)Hydraulic trolley transport steel pipe to V shape roller and lay down on V shape roller way.5)Pipe is transmitted straightly by raised V shape roller to the end of roller way and then stop the transmission. 6)V shape roller get down and pipe is put down on spiral transmission rollers.7)Start the spiral transmission, when pipe enter MF induction coil, MF heat the steel pipe.8)When steel pipe go into spraying chamber, spray gun open automatically spraying on steel pipe, powder dust removal start automatically, run on removal mode. 9)MF equipment close when steel pipe end leave pipe end left medium frequency induction coil , when steel pipe end go into the spraying chamber and is detect spray gun will shut down automatically, spraying operations stop, dust removal device automatically run on the energy saving mode.10)When pipe is moved to the center of steel rack, rises V transmission roller within steel pipe length range and convey pipe to pipe download platform, hydraulic trolley transmit steel pipe to the next position, related operation is applicated such as coating inspection, etc.11)The inner coating is checked for spark leakage by final inspection and the inner coating with leakage point is repaired.
